i want to file a complaint in the bar council at karnataka / bangalore against an advocate.
He took money in advance and never showed up at the hearings and cheated me. This kind of conduct by an advocate is unethical.
you can lodge your complaint to the address given below in writing
and on sundays their shall be the proceedings and they shall deatilly enquairy about the misconduct of the advocate and he shall be punished
