How to file a case against a fraud company sending spam mails

Hi Team, I got an email and Skype forcing me to donate kidney of me for her wife latter i was stopped responding to them latter i came to know it was big fraud team doing business latter one of my friend was missing latter that person told about this person now he is missing so how i can file a case from which I got emails for Kidney asking for pay amount to me How i can approach to file a case I am just worried shall i go to police station file guide
Better approach cyber police station and lodge a complaint of cyber crime and also take your friends family member to local Police station and lodge missing complaint and inform them that these spammers may have done it.
