How to file 420 case against my Landlord for not providing GPA?

20-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Sir/madam, My mother entered into a lease agreement with my Landlord(not a real owner) saying he is the absolute owner of the premise. After shifting to the house, we came to know the real owner is his son who resides in USA. The electricity and water bills reflect his son's name. When we asked for the GPA, landlord gave elusive answers and from then on not cooperative with us and gets his other son fights with us. Please guide me what am I suppose to do further? Thank you.

Dear Sir,
You can file cheating case and also vacate the house and claim huge compensation for misleading you. Get issue a legal notice to both real owner and his father so that they may come for compromise and settle the matter amicably by giving hanful compensation.
