283 is only fine and 160 punishment of 1 month and if u need to get free from case hire a lawyer and once cvallan is presented plead guilty and lawyer shall plea bargain ok ur punishment

And the case is over
Pleading guilty is not acquittal . Case will be over but records will show you were guilty . So if you are oki with it . Then you can plea bargain and confess.

Hi
In case you plead guilty you will have to undergo the punishment for offence. However You can get the FIR quashed from the High court if you have good grounds for getting the same done and the case will be closed

Once FIR is lodged against you,the full procedure will be followed ie filing of chalan, framing of charge, evidence etc. If you feel that police has wronly implicated you as accused.ypu can approach the hight court under sec 482 crpc for quashing of FIR.

Just plead guilty and request the magistrate. under section 160 max. punishment is one month or rs. 100 and u/s 283 it is rs. 200. Court will easily leave u with fine but it will be saved in data that u were convicted. Better course is face the trial and may be u will be acquitted.
