HOW TO ENQUIRY OR INVESTIGATION OF SUSPICIOUS MURDER OR SUICIDE CASE

My brother died in water well 2 years before . As per his wife he did suicide as both were present on the farm . I doubt on his wife. How can i request to start investigation . Please confirm

hi in this case you have to file private complaint before magistrate after the prima facie presentation you will get order for investigation under 156 3 of Cr P C this way investigation is initiated and further actions will be taken

Well, you want to start investigation in this case. For this, you have to file a Police Complaint first and then Police will begin Investigation, if there will be merit in your case. If Police will not co operate, come to me, I will help you out as an Advocate.
