How to defend a false criminal complaint

A Girl 17 years Run away with his boyfriend on 06 April 17 and Her father loadge a false fir on 2 may 17 against my brother that He helped the boy to take her away with intoxicating her as per her daughters telephonic conversation. The Girl has made such statements bcoz my brother helped her father in begining to make complaint against The absconded boy. The girl and boy Now traced by police but she is falsely accusing my brother That He helped in their Run away in The influence Of the Boy. They both were in relationships for Long time and my brother Was not in any dealing with boy but they were rivals as there shops were side by side. What is remedy plz tell
