How to defend a fake 354D case ?

i use to drive a three wheeler seating vehicle for around 6-8 months in year 2013 to 2014 now im a private employee in my driving days i got a girl student pickup as passenger we belong to same area in Hyderabad, India. she asked me to pickup taken my mobile number for contact as she needs vehicle to travel everyday I have done pickup for girl for around three from now nov-2013 to jan-2014 by some missunderstanding thereafter she did not call me for pickup even i did not ask anything by same point of missunderstanding she use see me cruelly , threatened , warned by sending associates bad words wherever finds me ay any public places as belong to same area i was facing lots trouble by her cruel behaviour, she use take an advantage as she is a girl use to warn me she wil lodge false compl;int against me to clear her missunderstanding without legal issue i have done text message to her mobile respectly i have not use any bad words/language against her she made a call by another associate. How can i protect myself in this case ?
