How to defend a case if filled u/s 66 A

We have conservation on phone. And abuse language used from both sides. Which problems i faced if he files case against me. How can i defend such objection.

Dear it depends on what was your conversation, why you had heated arguments, who provoked whom for using abusive language, it is not so serious case so no need to bother much about all this, further it is matter of evidence, difficult to prove

firstly you have denied from this fact, that you have used abusive language. then the opposite party can approach for comparing the voice from laboratory and the same is so tough job. where the abusive language used from both sides. then there is no problem.
