How to deal with police not sending summons notice

Since police not taking fir I had made private complaint at court, the court send summons to accused via police but police are not sending summons report and court is not able to take action as summons report not received. Now second summons order give by court and told me to give summons by hand to police. I think police know accused and purposely not delivered report, is police following any strategic for not sending report or they filling gult hence not sending report

hello, if you have any apprehension that police have joined hands with accused, then you may apply a fresh for re-issue of summons and the same can be send by registered post or by way of speed post which can be allowed if you make such averments and apply for re-issue of summons by way of registered post or by way of speed post. you will have to file affidavit in respect of the same. surely your purpose will be solved as you can track the both the consignments on line so that no one can play mal practice.
