How to deal with false suit under dowry act

My brother was married in 2012. In 2013, there was a son, everything was going well. In 2012, a girl and her maternal uncle secretly filed a false case of 498A, 323, 37, 504 and 3/4 The case is going on in the police station. In the Court of Justice, a year has passed since the girl's statement has been made and the girl's maiden has not come on two dates. The girl's brother and her Along with 7-8 Badass Ghonga came And took the child to the girl for which I made the video quietly.Now we are in tension, we are getting very tired of the society.We'll tell us a way to do this now.What do we do to defame and to commit false dowry? Please tell us what you can do and what you can do.

Firstly its criminal case not suit and if they have not come then it's not compoulsory for then as they are complainant and there matter will b looked after by government pleader, let the trial start then the matter will b heated Nd ordered

Hello, in your case if the witness is not turning up to depose in court of law then you may file an application to drop the said witness and proceed further with the said trial. So far as the taking away child is concerned you may file an application before the concerned court stating the ocular facts. And Also may file fresh FIR for kidnapping of child or else you may also issue search war rent for custody of child. There are ways to conclude this prolonged trial you must take steps accordingly.
