Kab kab lagati h dahej pratha aur kya on duty government job wale ka bhi naam aa sakata hai kya jabaki usa ladaki ki badi bahan usi ke sath Khushi se rah rahi h
Shadi ke 7 year ke under dahej ka case apply hota ha. Or usme husband ki family ke sabhi member or relative bhi AA sakte ha agar unke dwara kisi trah ka koi pratadna di jati ha to. Ye koi jaruri nai ha ki uski bahan khusi se rah rahi ha to wo bound ha rahne ko.

It is hereby suggested not to lodge the false case against anyone . This will go against you because truth is always truth. As far as the first question is concerned the dowry act applies within seven years of marriage. If that period is over, then generally Dowry Act 1961 does not apply.
Further, it is advised to stick to the problem and not to engage somebody in false case. That will serve you the best.

Dowry ka case kisi par bhi lag sakta hai, government servant ke uper bhi.
But case kya hai ye depend karta hai ki aapke against koi evidence hai ya nahi..
