How to come out of false allegations put by In-laws

How can I come out from the problem my elder brother and his entire family falsely grilled in dowry & abatement to suicide case as his daughter-in-law committed suicide to her parents house after 15 day leaving there.

If, your name is in statement of victim, see in that statement what she started. If your name is causally stated in her statement you can remove it by filing appeal on it at regional high court, for removing your name.

The Query asked is not cleared . Who is getting troubled it is not cleared . Also whose daughter in law has commited sucide. How is the person commited sucide is related to person asking query. The query is not clear need more clarification.

There can be no smoke without fire . A lady can not give her life to get you involved in false case neither the police are your enemy to implicate your family into a false case.there must be some substance and evid nce against you and hence your family is implicated in the case now only way out is to engage me or lawyer to get out if the matter ,since family is involved a good lawyer should charged you any thing between 50-25k,only don't pay more as advocate are class of wolves who hunt for prey all are like ostriches so be careful full first contract fee and then get it in writing and all payment be made in cheque and get ackowledgement receipt for payment it your right,no money on each date ,
