How to collect streedhan after denial by husband legally way

Respected Sir, My sister-in-law (Hindu) file a case on her husband, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and husband of sister-in-law under section 498A, 323, 403, 406, 506, 34 IPC. Today we go at her in-law house for recover the streedhan with IO. They could not find any thing according to complain list. The husband of my sister-in-law said that all things has gone away by my sister-in-law which is completely lie. How we get back all things. What should be done? Archana Roy Sarkar

it seems all the jewelleries have already been removed into safe custody to an unknown location and it is in safe hands, to take this out you have follow few rules and then only you can pull it out. Detailed discussion is cumpulsory.

You have filed the case to punish your husband and others, the recovery of "stridhan" is not mentioned, another section would be added through process, moreover "stridhan" should had been mentioned at the time of marriage (categorically) otherwise it is very hard to get back the exact ornaments/stridhan which was given at the time of marriage
