How to close a case which has been running on from 4 years

In chargesheet my friend name along with 4other members mentioned it sec.399/402 case is continuing from 2013 all are in bail except one but my friend is not did that crime court always given him date by date till date 45 date given by court 4other are may be professional criminal and one is not produced in court from many years that's why case is not proceeding he wanted case will finish as early as possible but one is not came in court arrest warrant many time issue for him but don't know police what is doing or court he is frustrated from his fake case he want finished case or give him long date like a year but in session courts men not giving him long date he wants to do job in other city for the case he can't because of every two or three months appears in the court what should he will do you can mail me all advice.thanks sir

Enquire with the Investigating officer in charge as to requirements of a discharge report and no objection on his letterhead along with the Public Prosecutor doing the same and filing it with the Registry. On the next hearing day to get it authorized by the Presiding Judge. BEst REgards, Assuring of our best services

The conducting advocate on behalf of your friend shall has to make prayer before the trial Session Court to issue Warrant Proclamation and attachment against the absconding non appeared accused fellow and thereafter to split up the case and to proceed the case against the regular attending accused persons including your friend who wil face the trial with their respective defence.
