shah faisal A false theft case has been lodged against my family member,but i did not get any notice regarding this,from court i got information that the petitioner has lodged the case only and on first hearing he did not appear court gives the next date after one year.can the case date be taken by petitioner again before the date given by court.What should i do in this situation,how to close this case.
Let me know whether case was register on the basis of a police report followed by F.I.R lodged bY the said person or or the was filled directly in the court and what is the investigation report and stage of the casr
