Case 2005 , 7 accused , one dead 2 out of india not willing to return , complainent dead , we want to finish the case asap , but those 2 guys are not willing to return , will this go on forever some of us have lost jobs as our passports have been seized.. Sections : IPC : 147,148,149,452,324,325,323,427 What is the fastest way to get out of this ... Its been 13 years and we are all broke no money no job . How to apply for fast trial
Your best option is to approach the HC under its inherent powers and either get the matter quashed or expedited. You are just an accused, so all the constitutional rights are available for you to take recourse to.
