if there is no proof no avidiance is find in case .CASE TOTALLY AND CLEARLY TELLS TO JUGDE THAT THERE IS NO PROOF SHOWS THE CRIME AND FALSE BUT AFTER THAT JUGDE DOES NOT TAKE DECISION AT A TIME AND HE STILL PENDIND HIS DECISION DEN WHAT WILL HAPPENED.KYA HO SKTA HE DECISION.IF JUGDE DOESNT GIVEN ANY RESPONS

It totally depends of the facts of case to case. Need more information from you like how much witness have been examined how many served with summons. You can ask the judge for speedy trail and if there is ordinate delay you may approach High Court

Here in your query you have not provide the detail of your case nor the stage of its proceedings. as whether it is on initial stage, pre-trial, or trial. Whether prosecution evidence has been completed or not. So without knowing about the peculiar facts and circumstances of case and without knowing the stage of case it cannot be said that when case completes. Time of deciding the each case cannot be assessed. The criminal trial has to be completed as per the relevant provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973.
