How can we recover our goods from someone who took them fraudulently

One lady came to us and said my mother will die if we won't perform some tantric rituals and poojas. After poojas she took valuables such as pooja idols, shanks, gold, nav ratnas. She said after some poojas she will return the same. Till now she didnt send back. When we asked her she using unparliamentary words and sending some local people to make a nuisance.

HI You should file a 420IPC case against the tantrik in the nearest police station immediately without any further waiting. Many people perform crimes in name of religion, caste and make people loose their valuables which can never be recovered with passage of time. So it is in your interest that you file the complaint in the nearest police station and recover your valuables at the very earliest before the culprit escapes with your property.
