Murder and attempt to murder cases are serious offences and once the FIR is registered it becomes offence against public and you can't withdraw the case. Not able to attend court is not a reason to withdraw serious Criminal cases. If you have any threat to your life you can always seek protection.

If you are afraid about giving evidence, the You should not be afraid and you can seek protection from the police. The court may issue warrant against you if you do not appear in the court. Make it a point to appear
