How can I take legal action integrity of women mentioned as doubtful

Integrity is interpretation of the faithfulness dedication and loyalty to job, work,and organisation,if a lady is corrupt then no certificate is issued by any body about it your integrity is known to all as we shamelessly accept bribe which we think are not seen by anybody but fact is even if it is taken in the most secret place the smell of corruption spreads.
So forget about legal action just analye why I have to pay this price .if I am corrupt I should not go beating my chest saying I am not corrupt .All those who sing national anthem and say Bharat mata ki Jay are not Patriot not even 50% are Patriot that being the reason why the supreme Court had made national anthem mandatory before entertainment programme stage show or cinema and directed and compelled the audience to stand up for the anthem.
Hypocracy ,as you should not compelled nation love or respect for anthem .
It should come out from the heart and head.

Legal action can be done by approaching appropriate authority first where the department Higher authorities are specially overlooking such matters. If not then Competent Court for the same can be approached.
