How can I quash 498A case

Married on 10th January 2016 (Religion-Christian). filled 498A Against husband and MIL.on March 08 2016. Husband and MIL got bail on April 05 2016. Now I want to withdraw(Quase) the 498A Case with Mutual consent Divorce. What's the procedure for it? since for filling MCD 2 years separation is required .(But we are separated for only 2 Months)can we file MCD for quasing 498a Now? if we cannot file MCD now.Can we make an agreement for MCD Now and QUASH the 498A Now AND after 2 years of separation file MCD ...?

You can make a mutual agreement with your inlaws and thereafter in line file a 482 Cr. P. C. application in the High Court of Orissa for Quashing. You can also file a Mutual Divorce petition in line with the Mutual Agreement. For details you can discuss with me.
