How can i prove my mental condition is due to a gas leakage

I'm at home and from past 20days I have been noticed that dangerous gases were been released on me where I found headache, nose irritation,low BP,and eyes burning. Now, how can I claim that it was a gas releasing.. Plz help..I had filed a petition in the court and request for a CBI enquiry.. However local area police may come for enquiry before the court give a stay and mislead my suffering..because the person who released the gas was a task force person Plz help..
Your question not clear. What type of gas he released? Why he release such type of gas? Is there any factory near by your area. Now you visit a doctor and take his opinion and diagnosis. First take care of your health. If it is harmful gas then you can approach court.
