How can I get Court order copy for my RCC case file against FIR

How can I get Court order copy for my RCC case file against Criminal case FIR? ecourt side shows "Order not uploaded by concerned court". Kindly advise.

If the eCourts website or app shows “Order not uploaded by concerned court” for your RCC (Regular Criminal Case), it means the court has not digitally uploaded the order/judgment copy yet. In such cases, you can still obtain a certified copy of the order by applying to the concerned Court

Wait for a few days. The order will be uploaded once it is typed and signed by the concerned judicial officer. You can then download it and/or file for certified copies of the order. Till then, if it is required, you can show the copy of roznama.

visit to advocate and apply for certified copy of order physically. sometimes ecourt may get delay also you need to get certified copy for any legal purposes. ecourt copy can not be used for legal purposes.

Well, if the Order has not been uploaded yet, you can get the copy of the Order from the concerned Court if such order has been passed by applying for a Certified Copy from the concerned Certified Copy Department of the Court.

Either you wait for some days for the court to upload the order copy on the ecourt website, or you can file a certified copy application for obtaining the Order with the court department. Once the order is typed and signed by the judge, you will get a certified copy from the court. In case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
