How can I file case against cheating boyfriend ?

I am in 12Yrs relationship with a guy and now he is leaving me to marry girl because whom his parents have seen for him. He has not even informed his parents about me and claims that they would suicide if he marries me. We had all of intimate relationship for past 12 yrs. I have all our pics and certain videos together. However no chat or conversation of wedding. Please advise if i can file a suit for cheating

Dear Madam,
As per your query, you can file cheating case against your husband and also you can file can file maintanance case against your boy friend if both are in leaving relationship under same roof.
