Mai ak railway job holder hu mere uper ipc 353 ka case lagaya gaya h kiya kiya ise khatam kiya ja sakta h ise lokadalat mai laya ja sakta h

Aap accused hain is case mein. Aap apne se case ko khariz nahi kar sakte hain. Aap complainant se out of court settlement karke uske dwara case ko withdraw karwa sakte hain. Agar complainant razi nahi hai to aap ko trial face karna padhega. Koi ache se criminal lawyer se milen aur unki madad len.
