How can a charge sheet be quashed for case filed U/S 498 & 471

its possible to quashing charge sheet if charge sheet is filed under section ipc 468 471
Dear client charge sheet cannot be quashed. U have to file for quashing of f i r in high court before filing of charge sheet. But can forward discharge application in court after filing of charge sheet. For any legal help call me

really speaking the offences which you have quoted are not easily quashed. it would be advisable to conduct the trial. in the absence of the charge sheet it is difficult to give advise whether you need to file discharge application or quash before the highcourt

Hi make it confirm whether it is 498 or 468. You have the option of quashing of FIR and not charge sheet if FIR is quashed than nothing remains, still you have option to apply to High Court or if you are aggrieved with decision of High court than to Supreme court but there should be strong evidence for it. As 468 and 471 sections are related to forgery and there is punishment of 7 years.
