I was Honey trapped by a girl from a dating side and the FOMO lounge Vashi was involved with the girl - who kept on ordering drinks. The Menu given to me was different than the one normally. The bill came to 20,000 INR. I am seeking legal action - what can i do?
MYSELF SUGGEST YOU TO JUST MOVE OUT FROM LOUNGE WITH OUT PAYMENT AND IF LOUNGE EMPLOYEE IS BOTHERING YOU MAKE A CALL TO POLICE SO THAT YOU CAN BE FREE FROM HONEY TRAP.

Second you need to execute the legal notice to that restaurant/lounger also who is doing the same act and involved in such activity

You need to File a written police complaint of cheating and extortion against the FOMO lounge and a Consumer Court case for unfair trade practices to claim a refund.
