MYSELF SUGGEST YOU TO JUST MOVE OUT FROM LOUNGE WITH OUT PAYMENT AND IF LOUNGE EMPLOYEE IS BOTHERING YOU MAKE A CALL TO POLICE SO THAT YOU CAN BE FREE FROM HONEY TRAP. THANK YOU. ADVOCATE SUBODH INGOLE.

Hello Honey You can take an action against the girl first by sending the legal notice Second you need to execute the legal notice to that restaurant/lounger also who is doing the same act and involved in such activity

Well, you can get a FIR lodged against this Girl and FOMO Lounge under the concerned sections of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 by filing a Police Complaint. But before lodging a Police Complaint, make sure to collect evidences.

You need to File a written police complaint of cheating and extortion against the FOMO lounge and a Consumer Court case for unfair trade practices to claim a refund. If police is not registering complaint than we can file a private case against the FOMO lounge in the court which will order police to file Fir against the FOMO lounge. Hope this helps

Your situation suggests a case of fraud, cheating, and wrongful inducement under Indian law. Here’s how you can proceed legally: 1. Filing a Police Complaint: Lodge a written complaint at the nearest police station (preferably in Vashi) under Sections 420 (Cheating), 406 (Criminal Breach of Trust), and 34 (Common Intention) of IPC. Mention the involvement of the girl and the FOMO Lounge’s role in manipulating the menu and overcharging. Provide any bills, messages, call recordings, or transaction details as evidence. 2. Consumer Court Complaint: File a complaint with the Consumer Forum for unfair trade practices and misleading pricing. Attach copies of bills, menu discrepancies, and payment proofs.
