Covid time all matters conducted online on web conference. I want to attend court hearing myself. How to attend court hearing with remote appearance when I now relocate to other city. Do I need to make application with magistrate.
Well, you can opt for the Video Conferencing facilty to attend Hearings. Might you won't get this facility as a matter of right in lower courts, most of lower courts are not equipped with such facility, but all High Courts in India and Supreme Court have this facility.

Yes, you can attend Court hearings remotely if the Court allows it, especially since remote appearances became a common practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Courts have gradually adapted to Online Hearings, and in many cases, they continue to allow Virtual Attendance, depending on the nature of the case and the Court's rules, you will have to make an Application stating your relocation and request to virtually attend Hearings.
