Hi,nI was stuck in a wrong laptop theft Police case in a mall shop. Laptop was recovered from the security guard whom I have given thinking it was lost. The owner gave in writing to Police that laptop was found in proper condition with no data loss, so he doesn't want any further action in case. The police let me go back same day, & after few days they said they have filed FR on case, and doing it "Dakhil Daftar". They said there wont be any criminal record, Can this show in Police verification?

yes it can be shown in police verification. it will be shown that a case was registered against you but after due inquiry you were acquitted by the police.
It will not affect you adversely in future.
