a situation when the female holds a doctorate in engineering and holds a very prestigious position and age 38 ,2 years elder We both met through Facebook, where we had many conversations that were more about physical closeness before we finally met in March 2022. We started dating, and we slowly started talking about getting married. Then after meeting my parents her behavior started to change, and she started refusing to let my parents stay with me, which caused the relationship to become tense. I have subsequent proof that we shared a room in various hotels and resorts after which we decided to pursue marriage. She submitted the FIR where she molded it entirely after six months.After 6 months, she filed the FIR, in which she manipulated the facts. She did not specify the exact date and time of RAPE. She is currently searching for a husband on a matrimonial website. She stated in the FIR that the rape occurred twice, once in March and again in April, both times she traveled 500 km

Dear Sir, In many love affairs the complaint being filed alleging offence of rape yours is a classic example. You may approach immediately to High Court to get such false allegations quashed. You might be having several evidences to establish that it was a consensual sex. The High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court in many cases quashed such false FIR's.

यदि संबंध आपसी सहमति से बना है तो बलात्कार की श्रेणी में नहीं आएगा बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने अपने एक आदेश में कहा था कि अगर कोई शिक्षित और 18 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र की लड़की रिलेशनशिप में किसी पुरुष के साथ अपनी सहमति से संबंध बनाती है, तो रिश्ते खराब होने के बाद वह उस व्यक्ति पर बलात्कार का आरोप नहीं लगा सकती है। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा है, चूँकि अपने समाज में यौन संबंध बनाना सही नहीं माना जाता है, तब भी यदि कोई महिला यौन संबंधों के लिए अपने प्रेमी या उस व्यक्ति से जिससे वह यौन सम्बन्ध बना रही है, से इंकार नहीं करती है, तो फिर उसे आपसी सहमति से बनाया गया यौन संबंध ही माना जाएगा।
