Higher official escaped with money and my cousin got framed in it

My cousin started a business and he was cheated by his higher official he blindly follow him didn't take any agreement btwn them.My cousin collecting money from vendors based upon this higher officials instruction but he escaped all vendors are came to my cousins home they all creating some nonsense he dnt have any properties also they are all filed a cheating case for 3 crores totally he collected 10lakhs from them and it will be paid to company higher official so in 2 different places 2 cheating cases was filed one is for 2cr and another one for 1cr we have proofs how much collected how much given back through bank transactions they all are hacked his mail I'd also so all cyber proofs are removed paper proofs are available Accroding to cheating police want to issue arrest but the question is he dnt want to enter into jail so apply for antisipatary bail but it will not came involves in some money he dnt have money now what s d solution for him
