High Court Has Dismissed The Petition Of quashing of fir...what to do if this happens... whether person can go to Supreme Court??

Yes, of course, you can file a SLP before the Supreme Court to be heard on merits. You can pinpoint on what grounds, your petition got rejected for quashing of FIR & Criminal Proceedings & as such, why it was an erroneous decision made by the concerned High Court.

under article 136 of the Constitution of India one can always prefer Special Leave Petition before the Honble Supreme Court of india challenging the order pass by the Honble High Cort. if you find difficult to approach Honble Supreme Court, you have one more remedy wherein you have to wait till charge sheet is filed ,thereafter, you can file discharge Application.

I need to know the matter in the entire seneior, we even need to see the fir, section and contents of allegations in the FIR. And if the FIR is sound on your side ofcourse we can even challenge the order of the high court in Supreme Court. For further query contact me.
