High court appeal petition filing regarding corruption case

My father was arrested in vigilance case due to his Co workers in 2009. But he didn't done any mistake but all witness are oppose to my father..After 15 years now they have judgement as my father is again acquitted and we failed to submit one witnesse in favour to 'u father.My father case was first conducted by one senior advocate at that time vigilance was not having courage to argue witness.. At that time my father was suffered and started searching another advocate. How to appeal in HC
Based on the lower court finding and other valid proofs and evidences we can definetly go for an appeal. However we need to look into the facts and circumstances of the case to arrive at a conclusion.
