Hiding marital status in passport during divorce period

Dear Sir/Madam During our divorce period my ex wife had got her passport renewed with marital status as single and she was belong to Kurukshetra in Haryana.I have lodged IPC complaint against her at Distt. Courts Patiala Punjab in my home town.I have provided all the necessary proof at Court and now the status of my complaint is on arguments for considration.So kindly guide me can Magistrate summon her at her address in Haryana State.The copy of court order is as follow:- Gurpreet Singh Vs Randeep Kaur 33-2018 Present:- Complainant with counsel. The applicant has tendered into evidence document Ex.CW1/A i.e. certified copy of petition under Section 13-B of HMA and closed his preliminary evidence.
