Meri wife ne mere pe 498a,406 & dv act ka case kiya hai. Uski 1st complaint mai usne kaha hai ke mujhe marte hai, aur 10lac maanga aur mujhse ghar ka sara kaam krate hai, jab ki jab hum usko laine uske ghar gye to unhone hamla kiya jiski complaint maine pehle ssp ko ki aur 2 din baad usne dowry ki complaint ki aur police ne compromise kra diya but wo wapis nai aayi fir usne 15days baad dobar complaint ki aur sari complaint change kr di ki mujhe maarte the 10lac mange, sona paaya. you can show all thease things in your evidence. Court where trail is running, can not quash FIR, only judge can acquittal you or convict you, in final decision . to quash FIR you need to file writt petition in high Court.with regardsAdv GS Garcha

Dear client, Lok Adalat have no jurisdiction to decide the divorce petition. If both parties are agreed for divorce then you need to file divorce petition in family court under section 13 b of hindu marriage act. and it will take minimum 6 month. with regardsAdv GS Garcha
