Hi , My wife filled false 354 again my younger brother

My wife has filed false 354 against my younger brother after that I have filled for divorce petition and I got ex Partee degree and before ex Partee degree my wife got second marriage,
Now how my brother will get free from the case , charge sheet has been filed
