Hi Lawyers need your say on this!nThere are so many cases where educated girls and boys enjoy and mostly engineers and doctors and then there is a false promise to marry case.. Is there any problem in this country?nnFIrst love relationship then they discuss marriage then if marriage doesnt happen RAPE ???nis the word RAPE so undervalued that everyone uses it. My friend's life got spoiled due to this. Job gone, respect gone and court acquited him and nothing happened to the girl who filed fake case. By chance if the court without thinking had taken girls side then what ??

the fact remains that, the internet and its associated impacts, and the outbreak of technology in every palm is the cause of the unstable jerk in the minds of the society. it creates mental sickness amongst all, irrespective of age and gender. proper awareness and sex education right from schooling is the only way to mitigate the crimes that happen in due course of time. Erasing the very thought of harrasement will boom only when gender based discriminations in the society see the last spark, until then, the crimes would never melt down
