Hi, i have a ACB case in which I haven't been caught red handed, but ACB have few call recordings of me talking with complainant and now they want to collect my voice sample and I got orders from ACB court to appear before FSL and give voice sample on 27th June, 2023, is it advisable to counter or file a recall to petition to quash the court orders asking us to give sample and deny our consent to give voice sample. How is It going to effect the trial if I deny giving voice sample. Is it going to help or effect in a negative manner, please advice.
