Well, you can file a case against that guy if you think, that, he sexually abused you, took undue advantage of you by doing false promise of marriage. You can book him for the offence of Rape if by solely relying upon his promise to marry, you indulged with him physically and later on with an intent to cheat, he denied marrying you.
