Here’s a response to your situation that you might consider sharing with an advocate:
It seems you have developed a relationship with a person significantly older than you, and there are a few aspects to consider regarding this situation:
1. Consent and Age Difference: Since you are now 18, you are legally able to make decisions regarding relationships. However, it's important to reflect on whether this relationship is healthy and consensual. Consider how the age difference and the circumstances under which you met might affect the dynamics of your relationship.
2. Pressuring for Pictures: If he is asking for personal pictures, ensure that you feel comfortable with this request. It's crucial to establish boundaries in any relationship, especially when it comes to sharing personal or intimate content. If you feel pressured or uncomfortable, it's okay to say no.
3. Future Considerations: If he is expressing a desire to marry, take your time to think about whether this is what you truly want. Engage in open conversations with him about your future and what both of you envision.
4. Seek Guidance: Since you mentioned being an orphan and living alone with your sisters, consider discussing your situation with trusted friends or family members. Their perspectives can provide valuable insights as you navigate your relationship.
5. Legal Considerations: Depending on your jurisdiction, there may be legal implications related to the age difference in relationships. If you have concerns, consulting with a legal advocate familiar with family or relationship laws can clarify your rights and options.
Remember, your well-being and comfort are paramount. It's essential to take time to evaluate your feelings and the nature of the relationship before making any commitments.
Well, you can file a case against that guy if you think, that, he sexually abused you, took undue advantage of you by doing false promise of marriage. You can book him for the offence of Rape if by solely relying upon his promise to marry, you indulged with him physically and later on with an intent to cheat, he denied marrying you.
