He torture me mentally and abuses me me just to hide his mistakes

Actually one boy torture me for no reason and also abuses me very badly and try to blame me always even i told him that just coz of your behaviour i will do sucide but he never stop torturing me this boy was my bf and when I was in 10th std he force to have sex and i was immature at that time so I agreed with him he used to tell me that we are going to married and all then u don't have to worried about being physical with me I will never leave abut after 1 year he cheated on me but still we are in relationship and just to hide his all mistakes he tries to manipulate me by blaming me

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that you and the boy who is torturing you were in relationship and he promised to marry and had physical relation through fake promises, I. such case you can logde an FIR against him on the charges of rape under section 376 of IPC. Sorry to know about your situation. If you want him to suffer legally then you do have a remedy to lodge a complaint with the police and he will get arrested for serious offences provided that you draft a proper complaint under the strict supervision of a competent advocate.
