He made the forged documents to get his job.

Hii,My father has 2 childerns me and my younger brother.My uncle was working in syndicate bank suddenly he was expired.As my Aunty has no children,my younger brother got his job in 1989.
My question is
1.In the year 1989 on compensatry grounds any one has the right to get his job or adoption is compulsory to get the job?
2.If he forged the documents and by this he got his job,Now what will happen if bank knows the truth.He will fired or not?
3.My younger brother had 2 different Election cards with different fathers name 1.My fathers name 2.My uncles name.And i have the both originals with me.
At the time of registration of my father's property i have no idea about this if he is adopted can get back the registered property from my younger brother?

The facts are not clear, it seems clumsy kindly elaborate a bit. However from the limited understandable facts, it can be suggested that if your brother had forged the documents and his employer or the company is not knowing this fact, then he may have to face the consequence for the same as per the decision and discretion of the company or the higher authority.
Secondly, even if he is adopted he has the right and is entitled to the property of his adoptive father. Thus even if he is adopted you cannot take back your younger brother's share on your father's property from him.

adoption should have done as According to you uncles name is represented as his father so based upon which he got job on compensatory grounds. Secondly adoption is must ..kindly consult me for further details.
