Having criminal case on me am I eligible for the government job?

In the year 2013 I have a case for sections 376,417,420 but in the year 2015 lower court have gave punishment of 1 year remand and fine but I applied for the district court for an appeal and in the year 2016 I got success in that district court case is over... But now again that girl put again case in 2017 of sections 354d,506 what shall I do and my question is am I eligible for the government job?

Hi Since you were acquitted by district court, you are eligible for government job. The girl must have filed a case again(stalking, criminal intimidation) against you just to harass you and this case will not impact your government job at all. No worries.
