Having affair with a married women husband filled a case

How can I save from it,if someone orally sex with a women with her consent and her husband case under ips section 497. What shoul fo?
According to law any pepole can establish sexual intership to any lady with mutal consent.its offence u.s 497 ipc and its the best ground may be divorce.any people does it with also married women still he will not punish.

even with the consent of the married woman if someone has any kind of sexual relationship with her, he should be trialed under section 497 of the indian penal code, but the person who is framing the charges has to provide proper evidence against the accused, means the burden of proof lies upon the petitioner.
