Having a physical property damage case when i was 17 years old

I am having a case of physical property damage under juvenile but now I have completed my 12th and i want to move canada for my higher education what i have to do ?

the facts stated are too less to be able to give you an opinion. but if the case that has been field against you is false and frivolous, you may consider filing a petition for quashing the complaint. you may get permission from court to travel, but if your police clearance certificate is not clear, Canada may not grant you a student or visitor visa. therefore it's necesary that you get the case quashed, if it is a false case.

Get a settlement/ compromise with the other party in court case. or get admonished your case by depositing compensation amount in court and obtain a plea bargain in court. you will get rid of it for good. Thanks
