My friend died harrasment of husband and mother in law and by giving mental torched and she proof for that. How we can file a case and how do they punish what proof we should show up to prove about their harrasment

you will have to file a police complaint first. the criminal case can be filed only by the blood relatives of your friend not by other. it comes under sec 294(b) of the IPC dowry death. a police complaint has to be filed and it should be tried by the JM or Session courts in india
