Harassment/privacy rights violation by banks, broker, ISP other agency

My bank has created my ckyc account and provided ckyc identifier number to me without my consent or prior information on same and now I requested to delete same bank is not responding, bank issued credit card without my information only informed me of cancellation i asked to provide all details who created same as i have not authorized same bank not responding, bank messaged me of outstanding for the emi which i already paid, bank promised fake benefits on credit card etc can they be jailed

Based on the basic information provided by you ( subject to detailed study/analysis of the facts of your case) you have following options. You can take against the bank using all or any of the following options: I. file a complaint with RBI II. file a consumer court complaint and claim compensation ( better option) or file a civil suit for injunction and damages III. file a Criminal case against unknown bank employees for misuse of personal information and for cyber offences
