Harassment by family members and no financial help

Since my marriage in 2010 both my mother and younger brother are harassing me & my wife. They have not given a single penny & is always abusing both of us & always threatening us through some political leaders to leave the house. They are blaming us that we have killed my father & attempted to kill them also...? We have tried to explain both of them but they are not willing to listen to anything & want us to leave....plz help I have one boy of 5 years old also.

Remember it's your mother and brother, so think several times before taking any steps. You can file cases on domestic violence and cruelty on women. You can also file a criminal cases against the persons who are used to threat you.

Look my friend. as per your story, the atmosphere of your house is not safe and useful for your family as well as your 5 years of boy. You can lodged complaint against your mother, brother etc. But the consequence is became very bitter for your whole family. Therefore, my suggession is if the house where you resides is not your own. Then leave it and go for rented house to avoid day to day quarrels But if you thought that, No. You have right over this property, then do not leave fight every day and ultimately understand it when a big amount will be gone for the Family Litigation.
