Hand loan taken and Absconded with family

My friend took 25 lakhs as hand loan and not responding. phone switched off . dont know about whereabouts

if you have any cheques,promissory notes,or any transaction history can be easily file a suit,if they have any properties you can try to get money through the suit,but whereabouts are important to know to make the trials

file an habeas corpus in highcourt the police will take care....and if you have proofs like cheques promissory note or stamp paper go a head and file 138 NI act,and if he had any assets attach them you will get exparte...and file EP The court will dispose off the asset and give you the money, even if he is not found if he has done any transaction like deposit of funds on any family members or friends you can challenge and take the said asset to your name....
