Hai Sir, one person selected to Govt. Job and his appointment kept in hold due to pending criminal case (Now in PT). How he can get appointment.
hi first need to see the contents of the chargesheet and the FIR and that if it is allegations are false then you could file petition to discharge you from the case and that to appoint you for job in meantime pendency of case
