The circumstances in which the bail is granted depends upon a number of factors. But if you are not satisfied with the results of the efforts that you had put in to convict the accused who had done such a heinous crime then you can always approach the court and file for a cancellation of the bail application.

You can’t file any bail directly or indirectly to SC, you need to hire expert advocate n first file your bail at district court, then you can challenge the bail order at HC and later via SLP to SC. U need to hire expert advocate in this regard Ok b in touch

Yes the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has granted bail for the crime committed under section 304 B of IPC alongwith their guideline an example for the same could be Sajid Khan v State of Rajasthan & Anr. . However to answer your specific query more papers would be needed.

Yes, Supreme Court has granted bail for the offence under 304-B and has also given acquittals. For me to give advice to you on this, I need to see the facts of your case and how we could align those judgments in your favour.
